The results of PH&F training, machinery, and support are local chocolateirs creating finished products that have earned recognition at international chocolate festivals for their quality.

Project Hope and Fairness incorporated Chocolat des Villages ("Village Chocolate") in Côte d'Ivoire to carry forward this important work -- dedicated to enhancing the incomes and wellbeing of cocoa farmers and villagers.
At the Salon de Chocolat in Paris France in 2023, many of the current products were displayed and enjoyed.

After the beans are processed many products can be created: chocolate bars, cocoa nibs, chocolate discs, cocoa powderand cocoa butter

Using locally available fillings is cost effective to create delicious new bars. Below, peanuts and fudge are added. Candied ginger is another of the most popular additions.

The chocolate bars are one of the most popular.

Cocoa butter is a highly valued product of the processing of cocoa beans. Cocoa butter is used on its own as a beauty product and is also an ingredient in the production of chocolate.
