2023

Tom Neuhaus and Peggie Bates visited all three chocolate production sites. Features of this trip was installing the new machines and training on business practices.

2024

Tom Neuhaus and Jacq-André N’Guegan visited the Production Center and other villages. Training on this trip included learning how to select the best beans for creating high quality chocolate.

2025

In 2025 PH&F Tom Neuhaus spent time making sure we had a set of videos that showed each machine working. There are 25 short videos, from 10 seconds to 3 minutes long. Most are of the machines at work. There are also several interviews -- with a cacoa farmer, with a eco-forestry expert who taught at the Training Center, and with JP who works in the chocolate production.
