126. Offloading Bush Beans

SAN PEDRO, COTE D’IVOIRE, 2006. When cocoa arrives at the exporter via the traitant, the exporter uses a sharp stainless steel tube to take samples from five parts of the bag. The combined samples are dropped in a bucket and taken to the laboratory for analysis.
