Current Efforts - Distribution of Laptops

A recent study reported that the University of Abidjan, a prestigious institution known for the rigor of its academic programs, owns six computers!  Almost none of the students own computers, because their parents can barely pay the cost of tuition, etc.  The children of wealthy of Ivorians mostly attend institutions in the United States or Europe and probably own laptops.

We are assembling a container's worth of laptops and will accept FUNCTIONING machines of recent vintage (no older than 2 years.)  You pay the cost of shipping the laptop to us, and we will take care of the rest.

Ivorian and Ghanaian students who live in cities regularly visit cyber cafés, where they surf the web and do homework.
